Loins (backs) of cod or haddock with vegetables in an envelope

Ingredients: cod or haddock loins from borealis, carrots — 2 pcs., bell pepper — 2 pcs., celery — 2 large sprouts, lemon or lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper to taste.
  1. Cut carrots, peppers and celery into thin strips.
  2. Put parchment on the table, mentally divide it in half diagonally.
  3. Put vegetables on one half, cod/haddock loins on top, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle the fish with olive oil and lemon juice/lime juice.
  5. Cover with the free half of the parchment and wrap according to the principle of a dumpling (braided seam).
  6. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
