Ingredients: cod or haddock loins from borealis, carrots — 2 pcs., bell pepper — 2 pcs., celery — 2 large sprouts, lemon or lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper to taste.
Recipe:
- Cut carrots, peppers and celery into thin strips.
- Put parchment on the table, mentally divide it in half diagonally.
- Put vegetables on one half, cod/haddock loins on top, salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the fish with olive oil and lemon juice/lime juice.
- Cover with the free half of the parchment and wrap according to the principle of a dumpling (braided seam).
- Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
