Block fillet burgers

Ingredients: pollock/haddock/cod, borealis block fillet, hamburger buns, lettuce leaves, fresh cucumber, vegetable oil for frying. For the sauce: natural yogurt — 150 ml, cucumbers, gherkins — 6 pcs., dill — 1/2 bunch.
Recipe:
  1. Block fillet of pollock/haddock/cod is pre-thawed (you can not wait for complete defrosting).
  2. Cut the block fillet in half and fry on 2 sides in a frying pan, pre-greased with vegetable oil, to a golden crust. The approximate frying time is 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Prepare the sauce: finely chop cucumbers and dill, mix with yogurt.
  4. Preheat the buns in the oven or toaster, cut in half.
  5. Spread the buns with sauce (1-2 tablespoons) on each half.
  6. Put a lettuce leaf, sauce and 2 slices of thinly sliced cucumber on the bottom of the bun, then fried block fish fillet. Cover the top with the second half of the bun.
