Mackerel baked in the oven

Ingredients: borealis mackerel, lemon — 1 piece, vegetable oil, salt, pepper to taste.
  1. Remove the insides and the black film of the mackerel. You can bake the fish with the head, you can cut it off.
  2. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil.
  3. Put the mackerel on the foil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cut the lemon into slices and put it on the fish.
  5. Cover with a second piece of foil and wrap the ends inside so that the bottom foil is well twisted, then nothing will leak out.
  6. Place the fish pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
