Recipe:
- Remove the insides and the black film of the mackerel. You can bake the fish with the head, you can cut it off.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil.
- Put the mackerel on the foil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the lemon into slices and put it on the fish.
- Cover with a second piece of foil and wrap the ends inside so that the bottom foil is well twisted, then nothing will leak out.
- Place the fish pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
